a double room on level 2 has basic facilities you need.

Nicely decorated units on level 2. Central position of the venue, extremely helpful and caring staff at the reception desk. Walking distance to a big supermarket and a supermarket across the street.

Quite dirty area.

The rooftop pool offers fine views of the city.

The breakfast buffet had limited options and lacked variety.

Good views from higher up rooms. Has a pool which is a bonus but it's quite shaded so not the warmest one around - nice to escape the heat though!

Right next to the noisest club which could be heard even on the 12th floor! Aircon didn't work well and generally a bit dated! Didn't get a very good night's sleep!

Within 10 minutes' walk of the bus stop. Extremely clean building and rooms with vintage decoration.

Breakfast room was airy and enjoyable.

The hotel is outdated, even though they are doing it up it is not a 4 star hotel.No coffee or tea available in room, tv was old. Staff were helpful when asked questions.

The pool was fantastic, perfect for all ages. The breakfast spread was really good, with options that kept everyone happy, especially the kids who loved the pancakes!

My kids wished there were more activities for little ones available during the day.

Nice and handy to shopping and could arrange tours if you wished.

It was little noisy from a bar or something

Property was wonderful old and pretty standard, I appreciated the stay.

It was spotless with attentive staff at the reception desk. Location: the hotel was not far from the ferries departing for Phi Phi / Ko Lanta the morning after, restaurant, and other public areas. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Phuket...

Nice helpful staff, free wi-fi (a special temporary offer, most likely) convenient location for a simple overnight stay before early flight back home, spacious room had everything necessary.

Currently under renovation; a bit seedy room did need renovation (specifically walls and ceiling), but, again, it was OK for a quick overnight stay. Still, there are better options in Phuket town, I am sure.

Family with children Get Your Money's Worth

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. They had so many options that even the pickiest of eaters would find something they liked, kept us full till dinner. The bed was really comfy, reminded me of I was sleeping on a cloud after long days out.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still worth it.

All in all the best Hotel in Phuket town. Old town, shopping, nightlife, restaurants, everything just round the corner. Or even in the house. Nice view.

This hotel was probably a magnificent one... 40 years ago. It seriously needs some renovation works. The bathroom is stained, water comes out brown, many facilities such as the radio, lamps, etc don't work. The rooms are not very clean, the carpet on the floor has old stains, the huge windows are dirty. The breakfast buffet is abundant but mediocre. The hotel is cheap and nicely located, so this may be a good place to stay if you are looking for an unexpensive place to crash at night.
